Delivered.ma started in Tangier in 2018 with a simple frustration: delivery partners who treated our orders like freight instead of revenue. So we built our own fulfillment — confirmation calls, honest reconciliation, weekly payouts — for our own e-commerce brands.

Then the market caught up. Cash-on-delivery fulfillment became an industry; companies founded years after us grew loud on the model we were quietly running. For a long time we served only ourselves — every warehouse, every courier contract, every process tuned on our own money.

Now we're opening the doors. Not with promises — with the exact infrastructure our brands run on today: seven warehouses on four continents, agents who confirm every order, and cash that lands in your account every week.
