Getting started
How do I start selling with Delivered.ma?
Fill in the quote form with what you sell and your target markets. Within 24 hours you get pricing and a warehouse recommendation. Approve it, send stock (or have us source it), connect your store — and you're live.
Which store platforms can I connect?
Shopify, WooCommerce, YouCan, Google Sheets, and Facebook Leads today — plus MCP for connecting AI agents directly. If you sell somewhere else, ask; the list keeps growing.
Pricing & payment
What does it cost?
You pay per delivered order. No monthly platform fee, no setup fee, no storage fees. The per-order rate depends on market and product — the quote makes it explicit before you commit.
What happens if an order isn't delivered?
It goes into AI recovery before it goes anywhere else — that's how we keep delivery rates above 90%. For orders that still return: on select products with a minimum volume, return fees are waived entirely; otherwise your quote states the return fee per market up front.
How and when do I get paid?
Weekly, by bank transfer. Cash collected on delivered orders is reconciled, delivery fees are deducted transparently, and the balance lands in your account every week.
Can I see the math per order?
Yes — every remittance comes with an order-level statement: collected, deducted, paid.
Sourcing
Where do you source from?
Directly from manufacturers, coordinated through our Hong Kong hub. Send a product link, a photo, or a rough idea — we return verified supplier options with landed cost to your target market.
Do you check quality before shipping?
Yes. Samples are validated and batches are inspected before freight. The same team sources for our own brands.
Can I use my own supplier?
Of course. We'll handle freight, customs, and receiving into the network.
Stock & warehouses
Where are your warehouses?
Tangier (Morocco), Hong Kong, Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Barcelona (Spain), Slovenia, Buenos Aires (Argentina), and São Paulo (Brazil).
How do I get stock to you?
Three ways: we source and deliver it into the network for you; we pick up your supplier's shipment and clear it; or you ship directly to the warehouse — we'll send receiving instructions.
Can I split stock across warehouses?
Yes — that's the point of the network. Sell in two markets from two warehouses under one integration and one weekly payout.
What about storage fees?
There are none. Storage in the network is included — you pay per delivered order, not per shelf.
What happens to returned items?
Returns come back to the warehouse, get inspected, and sellable units go back on the shelf.
Orders & confirmation
Do you really call every order?
Yes — before anything ships. Address, quantity, intent. Confirmed orders ship; unreachable ones enter AI order recovery instead of being written off — automated re-engagement that rescues orders a call schedule alone would lose.
In which languages do agents call?
In your buyer's language — the call center is multi-language across all four regions we serve.
What is the AI order recovery system?
When a buyer doesn't pick up, hesitates, or asks to “call back later,” most call centers retry twice and give up. Our recovery system re-engages those buyers automatically — smart retry timing, follow-up messages, rescheduling — and hands warm ones back to a human agent. It's the reason the network sustains delivery rates above 90%.

Which countries can I sell to?
Four regions, from warehouses inside each: Morocco, the GCC, the EU, and Latin America. Tell us your target country and product and we'll confirm exact coverage for your case.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the market and city, and we'd rather give you the real number for your destination than a global average. Ask with your target market and we'll be specific.
Who delivers my orders?
Multiple carriers per market — each order is routed to the courier that performs best for that destination, not the one with the cheapest contract.

Since 2018 — before COD fulfillment was an industry. For years the network served only our own e-commerce brands; it's now open to outside sellers.
